Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items will ship as soon as the official release date occurs in Japan. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.

Shipping Methods:

Standard Tracked: 3–7 business days (Domestic).

Express Vault: 1–2 business days.

International: 7–21 business days (Subject to customs).

Customs & Duties:

For international orders, Pokevault Trading Co. is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties applied by your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund & Return Policy

Sealed Products: To maintain the integrity of our “99.99% Sealed” guarantee, we cannot accept returns on sealed products once they have left our facility. This prevents the risk of resealing or tampering.

Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide photo evidence of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.

Singles: Returns on individual cards are only accepted if the card received does not match the description or condition stated at the time of purchase.
